7/A Automatic term activation of registered students in ETR for the current semester
Your term will be activated if: -Your previous semester was active or passive in ETR, or You have submitted your registration sheet to the Registrar's Office, if you are new student; and -Your term fee is assessed and settled (if you are not state-funded); and -You have finished the course registration and you have registered at least one course with 1 credit point for the current term (except language, physical education, general education and pedagogy courses).

7/B Late term passivation
Students whose term was not activated and did not apply for a passive term as well are requested to declare whether they want to be passive in the next term or to make up for the missing conditions of the term activation.
Non-responding students will be automatically passivated for the next term after a two weeks waiting period. Training programmes of non-responding new students will be cancelled if they did not submit their registration sheet.
Fees for the passive terms of non-responding students remain due.

You may register courses in ETR if you had active or passive status in previous semester, or you are active in this term yet. – Max. credit in a semester: 45 points per academic program – Max. 16 hours of language courses – Max. 4 courses of physical education; but max. 1 course in current semester – Faculty of Arts may have further limitations. – You can register other courses free of charge in addition to your academic program but you may not exceed 10% of your total credit points of your academic program.
